Thanksgiving!
Dear Tribe,
As the year draws to a close it is to be expected that many of us may feel a little fatigued, but I have found that if I focus on all the good things rather than negative and difficult issues, it gives me hope and energy to go forward with tenacity.
It just so happens that I arrived in Nashville, Tennessee the day before the official day of Thanksgiving in the United States. There is an atmosphere of festivities, family and friends gathering and everywhere you are wished “Happy Thanksgiving”. What a positive phrase! I decided to jump in fully and discipline my mind to truly look for all the things I have accomplished during the past year and celebrate my life! Celebrate the things that could have gone wrong, but never did, because they make me mindful of the fact that we have choices and when we are determined to stay in peace during very difficult times, the storm always has an expiry date. Sometimes, we must just be patient and trust a process, other times we fight for what we believe in and there are the special treats of things just working out well.
I am so grateful to be alive and to have wonderful friends and family. Deeply grateful for our Tribe. The smiling faces, the achievements of many and the prosperity of our clients. As a Tribe we serve businesses and it’s phenomenal to play a part in such huge organisations. Personally, I am so proud of our Tribe! Thank you for your hard work and dedication. ❤️
Please think of everything you can be grateful for and celebrate it hard, Tribe! Life is a gift.

You all know I am here in Nashville to be honoured by the IAOTP (International Association of Top Professionals) which has chosen me as a Global Business Leader of the year for 2024. It is with deep gratitude and humility I receive it officially on the 7th of December at a Gala evening. Looking back and reflecting on how this happened all I remember is the faces of my children when I knew if anything was going to change, it would have to start with me changing. Today, I see the faces of our Tribe and a Global family I have gained after many years in business, and I still know that deep determination to be strong and Courageous, brave in the face of danger and difficulty is always like a flame in me, so that what I do may encourage those around me to never give up!
I love you Tribe ❤️ and am so very grateful for every one of you!
